Shane Clark
President
Shane Clark serves as President of Americo Real Estate, where he leads the firm’s day-to-day operations and acquisition strategy. With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Shane brings deep expertise in investment, financing, leasing, construction, and asset management.
Throughout his career, Shane has been directly involved in the management and leasing of over 40 million square feet of commercial property and has negotiated more than 600 lease and sale transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume. He has also arranged more than $150 million in debt financing across Americo’s portfolio.
Under his leadership, Americo maintains a hands-on, responsive approach—built around disciplined underwriting, creative repositioning, and efficient execution. Shane is a licensed broker in the state of Texas and a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
He holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Carrine K. Reilly
CFO
Carrine Reilly serves as Chief Financial Officer of Americo Real Estate, bringing over 40 years of experience in tax strategy, financial structuring, and real estate advisory services. Her expertise spans both public and private sectors, with a particular focus on commercial and residential real estate partnerships.
Prior to joining Americo, Carrine was a partner at CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP, where she led complex structuring and compliance projects for major real estate clients. She also built a substantial practice at Henry, Held & Reilly, LLP—later merged into LarsonAllen—serving developers, REITs, and private equity sponsors.
Carrine’s background includes roles as Controller of a real estate investment trust and Treasurer of a publicly traded company, in addition to her early career at Arthur Andersen & Company, where she worked with both U.S. and international investors.
Carrine holds a B.B.A. from the College of William & Mary, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Omicron Delta Kappa honor societies.
