Pay Rent

You can pay rent online through the tenant portal at CommercialCafe. You’ll also be able to set up automatic payments, check payment status, and review your payment history — all in one place.

Submit a Maintenance Request

All maintenance requests can be submitted directly through the portal. Once logged in, you can submit new requests, upload supporting info, and track past requests in your tenant history.

Obtain Portal Access

If you have not received access to the portal, no problem. Contact technical support at ann@americorealestate.com, and she will get you set up with portal access and login instructions.
